Prefabricated Building Envelopes + Components
We design and install prefabricated building envelope components. These components include exterior walls with prepunched window openings and also with preglazed window units. Option to have exterior wall units with unfinished and finished cladding options.
Interior Solutions
Modular Housing Units
We design, engineer and install modular housing units. These units can be shell only, or complete with interior finishes. These units can be stacked horizontally or vertically.
Modular Pods
We design, engineer and install modular pods. These pods are excellent for many reasons. Whether it is a cabin, or a micro unit, or a modular bathroom, these make an excellent addition to many lands.
Smart Components
We collaborate closely with our partners and offer smart home components. Smart components include solar panels, smart thermostats, HRV units, rain water recycling and other solar power wall components.
Design/Design-Assist
Do you have an idea but unsure how to execute. Bring us your sketch on paper and let us conceptualize this for you to better understand and execute your vision.
Engineering
We collaborately closely with leading engineering firms and consultants to ensure that projects can be executed as designed.
Manufacturing
Our state of the art manufacturing facility will be in service Mid 2024 in Southgate, Ontario. We will start processing deliveries and have units completed by Fall 2024 for our purchase orders received in 2023.
Field Services
Our value added services are provided mainly through our field services work. We service all of Canada for our field services and have completed projects across the country from the far north in Northwest Territories to Laborado, Newfoundland and everywhere in between.
